The menu features dishes like a roasted beet tostada and eggplant pizza with smoked cashew mozzarella. Wildseed draws on ingredients like mushrooms, lentils, cashew cheese and plant-based Impossible and Beyond meats to create vegetarian versions of usually meaty dishes like Bolognese and burgers. The group confirmed that Wildseed will be opening at the shopping center and has taken over the large corner space where Mayfield Bakery & Cafe closed last year. Wildseed is the first vegetarian restaurant from San Francisco restaurateur Adriano Paganini’s Back of the House hospitality group, which runs numerous prominent restaurants in the Bay Area. ![]() Read on for details on each business, their menus and opening dates.
